By
retaining NAVITAL, INC., we will:
- Become the employer of record for all Federal,
State and Local tax purposes.
- Carry Unemployment Compensation and Workers'
Compensation Insurance as mandated for the talent/crew hired.
- Invoice your company in a timely
manner from the
date of notification of a completed job.
- Pay all wages, fees and commissions in a timely
manner as determined by AFTRA & SAG regulations.
- Provide free estimates to assist you in bidding
for a job

Working with NAVITAL, INC. is easy. Just follow these simple procedures:
- Select your talent/crew.
- On the day of the job, have new employees
complete W-4 and I-9 forms.
- Send these forms along with crew work sheets or
producer copies of the AFTRA Member Report/SAG Contract to:
NAVITAL, INC.

- Pay all session fees, commissions, taxes,
processing fees, or any monies owed as indicated on the invoice.

That's all there is to it!
You'll receive a single invoice covering:
- Talent Fees
- Health & Retirement
- Employer Tax Liability
- Processing Fees
- And, if applicable, Agent Fees and Employee Reimbursements
- Unlike other paymasters whose fees are computed on the gross amount. Navital's
processing fee is based solely on talent/crew fees. ($25.00 minimum per invoice.)
